This service was set up to facilitate your registration. You may also choose the option ‘bank transfer’ – all payments are to be made in Euro and must be without any charges for the beneficiary.

Upon completion of your online registration, you will receive a recapitulative of all the options you have chosen. However, your registration and hotel booking is only valid if it has been confirmed by BIR CONVENTION DEPARTMENT. This may take up to 10 working days.
